1 lbs grunt fillets
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
minced garlic clove
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute garlic, onions, 1 cup mushrooms and celery in ghee on a stove top until the onions are clear. Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Mix stove top mushroom blend and heavy cream, then pour over fish. Top with the other cup of mushrooms, bread crumbs, and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
