Simple Broiled Sea Trout

1 lb speckled trout fillets
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons chopped scallions (or onion)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon tarragon
teaspoon chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese grated
lemon wedges

Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper and place on greased broiler pan. Blend together butter, scallions, parsley, tarragon and basil. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Broil 8 to 10 minutes 5 inches from heat, basting occasionally. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as soon as finished and serve with lemon wedges, the juice of which can be sprinkled on fish. Serves 4.
