RAW DAIRY BLESSINGS

We are very fortunate to have farmers who are willing to raise our dairy animals on nutrient rich soils, diverse rich pastures that offer more than just grasses. Our medicinal heritage breed dairy cows are feasting on a vast salad bar mix of grasses, brassicas, various lentils, medicinal herbs, weeds & leafy garden greens. These creatures are happily frolicing on the farm mob grazing on land where they can joyfully spend their days basking in the sun.

They are being milked on dirt so they are not stressed by slippery concrete and they are anointed with essential oils and calcium bentonite clay to maintain cleanliness of their udders and their overall health. These creatures are never given antibiotics or pharmaceuticals.

They aren't exposed to chemicals on the farm and are protected as much as humanly possible from any chemical drift from neighboring land. The farms are using the forests as shelter for these healthy Mama's and any interventions to maintain their health are holistic.

IS MILK HEALTHY FOR HUMANS?

Human beings are at the top of the food chain and have been nourished by WHITE GOLD since the beginning of time. Like all of our foods, we must only consume regeneratively produced plants or animals raised on regenerative soils with the correct livestock husbandry in place which would respect nature as it was intended to be cared for.

Do not be fooled by the misconception that "other creatures are not weaned by their mothers only to be placed on to another animals milk" and so therefore humans should not drink milk. That is an ignorant statement.

The purpose of LIVESTOCK is to massage the soil and nourish soils to produce plants to nourish both us and them. Further their purpose is to provide nourishment for us. There are hundreds of traditional human diets around the world that thrive on milk from other creatures for sustenance. EVERY LIFE has a purpose. Plants, bugs, animals, bacteria, soil...all these LIFE FORCES are in balance and we are on top of that food chain.

NEVER FORGET THIS UNIVERSAL LAW OF NATURE. HUMAN BEINGS consume a large variety of plants, animals, bugs, sea plants, sea creatures, seeds, milk & blood to gain life force.

WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS WITH CONVENTIONAL MILK?

-WRONG BREED- commercial dairy farmers are raising Holsteins which produce larger quantities of low fat less nourishing milk. They produce 10-12 gallons of milk per milking. GREAT for profit margins. NUTRIENT poor food.

-PASTEURIZATION- commercial dairy farmers are pressure cooking the milk TWICE. ONCE to kill all the bacteria and pathogens and then a second time while pushing the milk thru a small pipe to homogenize the milk. WHY does this matter?

1-They miss handle the animals and the products because they only want profits. *resulting in mastitis, fecal matter in milk, blood in milk, puss in milk.
2-The mishandling is easily hidden by killing all the poisons tainting the milk due to mishandling but also kills any medicine the milk would offer. *cleans all the gross stuff listed above but doesn't actually REMOVE them, just chemically mixes them in. GROSS- but not dangerous in their eyes because the milk is essentially DEAD. *no reason to even consume this now as there is ZERO benefit.
3-Changing the chemistry of the milk by cooking it and then homogenizing it hence changing the fat molecules in the milk render it TOXIC.
4-Heating the milk elevates the sugars in them milk causing LACTOSE issues.
5-LACTOSE causes hormonal imbalance & inflammation thus increasing mucus production causing breathing issues and several other health problems.

-INCORRECT FEED- 

These animals are on GMO GRAIN FEED or GMO GRASSES- either way, they are being fed poison so they are in turn poisoning all consumers. ORGANIC MILK PRODUCERS are still on grains & this causes acidosis and stress in the animal. It is still heated- so either way- it is incorrect.

WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL ABOUT GMO FEED?

Whether you agree with genetic engineering or not is not the point here. The fact is that GMO grains are dessicated with glyphosate to chemically dry the grains to be harvested. Glyphosate, when ingested by human beings breeches the blood brain barrier. This allows heavy metals and other toxins direct access to the brain tissues which causes a large number of health issues including, but not limited to, Brain Inflammation, Alzheimer's, Dementia, ADD, ADHD, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Suicidal tendencies, Homicidal behaviors, a long list of other Psychiatric & Psychological Disorders and general aging of the brain.

When animals are fed this GMO feed, the glyphosate is in all their tissues, fat and muscles. The animals are unhealthy and in turn they pass all these ill effects on to anyone who consumes them. 

The glyphosate levels are measured in especially higher volume in the blood, milk, urine and feces of the animals raised on this feed. Every dairy & meat animal raised for commercial consumption in confined animal feeding operations (that is ALL centralized food system meat, dairy & eggs) is fed a GMO feed ration with GMO SOY & CORN as the main components. SOY is also a tumor grower and a hormone disruptor. It allows for higher levels of milk production and faster growth of the animals to meet more efficient timelines for this industrialized food production model.

We do not participate in this conventional "LIFE ON A CLOCK" approach to raising our livestock. If you are consuming meat, eggs or dairy in a grocery store or a restaurant, that "life on a clock" is what you are consuming. Yes, EVEN ORGANIC. Organic may be not fed a "GMO feed", but they are still raised on a clock and on SOY feed.

BENEFITS OF OUR RAW MILK

-Correct breeds with A2/A2 genetics like the cows we are milking include Heritage Breeds like Jersey & Guernsey cows that are producing high fat milk in small concentrated batches. These creatures offer 2-3 gallons of milk per milking vs. conventional industrialized breeds that are producing 10-13 gallons of nutrient poor milk.
-Beneficial Bacteria helps to inoculate our guts activating life giving forces.
-This is an enzymatically ALIVE food.
-Feeds the good bacteria in our gut while offering new healthy bacteria to help support & boost our immune system.

Processed whey protein powders are not alive and do not offer life giving force no matter how organic and pure they claim the sources to be. In the end the life giving force is unavailable in those dead chemistry project food like substances.

HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP RAW DAIRY FRESH?

1-STORAGE & HANDLING- it depends on how you manage it. Are you storing it in the door of the fridge? Leaving it on the counter for hours? What temperature is your fridge set at (we suggest 34-36 degrees)? Keep milk cold to maintain palatability.
2-EXTENDING SHELF LIFE-our dairy lasts quite a long time, however it may lose palatability anytime, in the way that it may become more "gamey" as a result of the grasses the cow eats and the fact the milk is not conditioned in anyway. This can be resolved simply by warming the milk in a pan slightly to bring out the sweetness of the milk. This will kill the probiotic benefits, however this milk is still superior to anything you can find in a store etc. and it is perfectly fine to cool and re-refrigerate for longer shelf life.
3-HOW DO YOU KNOW IF IT IS SAFE- our raw foods will literally SCREAM at you when they should no longer be
consumed. There will not be any question about it. You will KNOW. *CAUTION* do not establish the SMELL based on the rim of the bottle or jar, but pour into a glass and then smell. The mouth of the bottle or jar will sour faster than the actual milk or cultured product if you are not keeping it clean.
4-DO NOT THROW AWAY THIS PRECIOUS LIFE GIVING FORCE-before you toss our precious milk I have several suggestions to make good use of it:
 a-you can make a fredo or creamy pesto sauce for your, chicken, fish or veggies using our milk, yogurt, buttermilk or cream and it will turn out AMAZING every single time.
 b-you can use this dairy item (milk, yogurt, buttermilk or cream) to tenderize poultry or any meat. Simply give the meat an overnight dairy "bath" by letting it soak- with or without seasonings. This meat will be the most tender EVER- after the bath, simply rinse and proceed to prepare the meat however you desire.
 c-PET FOOD- if you can't cook it into anything for your own consumption, it is tremendous pet food for cats and dogs.
 d-FINALLY, dilute it by 10X's and spray it on your lawn, into plants etc. to reinoculate the soils with life giving force.


OUR PERSONAL raw dairy lasts up to 15 days in my house,
but we rarely have it on hand for longer than 10
days. Cultured dairy like yogurts etc., last 4-6 weeks
and then I prefer to use it to make farmer's cheese or use it to marinate.

We have used it as a soil fertilizer for years as a last resort
but especially AFTER marinating meats.
It is still worth more in the garden or lawn than down the drain.
Remember to dilute it by 10X's or bury it in a compost pile.
