RAW DAIRY BLESSINGS

We are very fortunate to have farmers who are willing to raise our dairy animals on nutrient rich soils, diverse rich pastures that offer more than just grasses. Our medicinal heritage breed dairy cows are feasting on a vast salad bar mix of grasses, brassicas, various lentils, medicinal herbs, weeds & leafy garden greens. These creatures are happily frolicing on the farm mob grazing on land where they can joyfully spend their days basking in the sun.
They are being milked on dirt so they are not stressed by slippery concrete and they are anointed with essential oils and calcium bentonite clay to maintain cleanliness of their udders and their overall health. These creatures are never given antibiotics or pharmaceuticals.
They aren't exposed to chemicals on the farm and are protected as much as humanly possible from any chemical drift from neighboring land. The farms are using the forests as shelter for these healthy Mama's and any interventions to maintain their health are holistic.

Shrimp are sold based on their size. The sizes are designated by determining how many shrimp you should expect to find in a pound. For example: 21/25 = you will have 21 to 25 shrimp in a pound.

Several of the CSA members have been asking lately about the raw pet food we offer. I asked some veterinarians about it and none of them felt that raw pet pork could hurt dogs; they rather recommend real meat over the imitation pet food.
