We are very fortunate to have farmers who are willing to raise our dairy animals on nutrient rich soils, diverse rich pastures that offer more than just grasses. Our medicinal heritage breed dairy cows are feasting on a vast salad bar mix of grasses, brassicas, various lentils, medicinal herbs, weeds & leafy garden greens. These creatures are happily frolicing on the farm mob grazing on land where they can joyfully spend their days basking in the sun.

They are being milked on dirt so they are not stressed by slippery concrete and they are anointed with essential oils and calcium bentonite clay to maintain cleanliness of their udders and their overall health. These creatures are never given antibiotics or pharmaceuticals.

They aren't exposed to chemicals on the farm and are protected as much as humanly possible from any chemical drift from neighboring land. The farms are using the forests as shelter for these healthy Mama's and any interventions to maintain their health are holistic.

When you want to enjoy a meaty chili to use as a dip or a stand alone hearty, filling meal, this is perfect. Some folks use this to top salads, baked taters, veggie medleys or on Siete's almond flour nacho chips.

The truth is that you can enjoy this chili all by itself as a meal, especially in a large thermos on a road trip or when you are working LONG DAYS with no time to cook.
